NARSA member Iglu Radiadores is thrilled to announce the launch of its core manufacturing line, marking a significant milestone in the company's history.

The new product lineup includes:

“If you had asked me three years ago, I would have said that the dream of becoming a manufacturer seemed far from achievable,” said Marcos Manrique of Iglu Radiadores. “It was almost an unattainable dream for me and my father, who has always encouraged my endeavors. However, I believe that if we focus more on planning than execution, waiting for the ‘perfect’ moment to act, that moment may never come. With that in mind, we decided to take our first step toward manufacturing at the beginning of 2023. The meeting in Dubai at the NARSA International Tour in 2023 was incredible in motivating me to pursue my dream. There, I received countless words of encouragement from members and saw construction standards, production methods, and radiator designs we could manufacture. This experience elevated my motivation to face the challenges ahead.”

Iglu Radiadores’ cores are specifically designed to cater to radiators for oil cooling, air conditioning, intercoolers, and some water radiators, meeting the diverse needs of clients across various industries.

“I won’t lie—there were many moments when I thought about giving up, but our dream and determination were greater, so we pushed forward,” said Manrique. “I remember the first core we manufactured during testing. It rolled across the assembly table, resulting in a warped and unusable core, completely out of spec. When I saw that first core, I couldn’t hold back my tears—I cried with emotion right in the middle of our company. Even though it was a failed first test, that core was ours. Who would have thought—we were so close to making it!”

Founded in 1984, Iglu Radiadores is based in Osasco, a city in the Greater São Paulo area, Brazil. In addition to core manufacturing, the company offers repair, assembly, custom-made projects, and re-core services for trucks, generators, and other heavy-duty equipment.

“In a country like Brazil, with many opportunities but challenges that are almost unparalleled elsewhere in the world, the hurdles are greater, but the rewards are even more fulfilling,” said Manrique. “Today, I couldn’t be happier or more grateful for our achievement.”
