Wayne Feeleus Joins NARSA/IDEA Board of Directors

NARSA/IDEA welcomes Wayne Feeleus of West End Radiators to its Board of Directors.

"On behalf of the Board, I am proud to announce that, after many years of conversation, Wayne Feeleus of West End Radiators will be joining the NARSA Board of Directors,” said NARSA/IDEA President Corey Roppel. “Wayne brings a vast depth of knowledge to the Board from both the manufacturing and radiator repair sides of our industry. Under Wayne’s leadership over the past 10 years, West End has transformed from a traditional radiator shop into a state-of-the-art manufacturing operation. Through strategic acquisitions and targeted recruitment, West End now operates two advanced core manufacturing plants in Canada, producing both copper and aluminum cores.”

Wayne holds a two-year diploma in Agriculture from the University of Manitoba and a four-year degree from Dordt University in Iowa. His career began in the agricultural sector, where he specialized in dairy feed sales after relocating to British Columbia.

In the early 2000s, Wayne and his wife Tonia returned to Winnipeg, where he joined his brothers, Arnold and Pete, at West End Radiators—a family business established in 1980 and strengthened through valuable industry connections with NARSA. In 2016, the company transitioned ownership to Wayne and his nephew, Justin Feeleus. He currently serves as Director of Sales and Business Development, focusing on strategic growth and client relationships. Beyond his professional role, he enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and their three children Jessica, Lyndon, and Gavin.

“I look forward to contributing insights on business ownership and succession planning to the NARSA membership,” said Wayne Feeleus.

“I’ve personally had the opportunity to get to know Wayne over the past couple of years, and he brings not only tremendous experience but also great personality to the Board,” said Roppel. “He embodies a ‘let’s share and learn from each other’ mentality, sees the big picture, and truly understands how valuable NARSA is to both his business and the industry as a whole. Like many others, I am very excited to welcome Wayne to the Board and look forward to the contributions he will make to the NARSA community.”
