“I am not sure off anyone more deserving of this award than Marty,” said NARSA President Corey Roppel. “Marty has turned Active into a dominant organization in our industry. Marty is always 3 steps ahead, and his ability to foresight and develop products over the years is incredible. Active's Philadelphia facility is first class; they have an incredible manufacturing system and a very impressive amount of box inventory. Marty has accomplished so much over the years and now has successfully sold Active. Marty truly deserves this award, and I am excited to see him accept it.”

“One of the strongest testaments to Marty’s leadership is the loyalty and commitment of his employees,” said Gore. “Many members of the Active team have built decades-long careers within the company, reflecting the trust and stability he has created. In an industry where turnover can be high, this enduring dedication stands as one of his most meaningful recognitions.”
