American Radiator Announces Major Executive Leadership Expansion and New CFO Promotion Following Corporate Restructuring

DES MOINES, IA — Following the successful completion of a full business buyout in April 2026 by sole owner Joel Christianson, American Radiator announced a major strategic expansion of its executive leadership team. The heavy-duty cooling leader has promoted Tammy Hoeg to Chief Financial Officer (CFO), promoted Matt Stoneburner to General Manager, and appointed industry veteran Brent Wessels as Director of Marketing and Product Development.

These comprehensive leadership moves align with American Radiator's aggressive growth strategy to scale its financial infrastructure, precision engineering capabilities, online parts distribution network, and nationwide commercial fleet presence under its unified sole ownership.

"Bringing this level of specialized expertise and internal talent to our executive team is a direct reflection of our commitment to the premium heavy-duty market," said Joel Christianson, Owner of American Radiator. "Tammy has earned this promotion through outstanding financial leadership since she first joined us in 2018, and her guidance as CFO will be critical to our long-term fiscal strategy. Together with Matt, leading daily operations and Brent driving product innovation, we have the perfect team to accelerate our next era of growth. Matt has been an invaluable asset to our operation, and his deep roots in the cooling industry make him the perfect fit to lead our daily operations. Meanwhile, Brent’s incredible engineering and product development background adds elite-level depth that will accelerate our new product lines and market expansion.”

The newly structured leadership team is moving quickly to expand the company's regional and national capabilities. All appointments are effective immediately.
